Sequence logo - mTATA Box

A sequence logo for the mTATA Box promoter motif was constructed using the mTATA Box binding sites of the 6 ACTB sequences containing the mTATA Box as input.
The sequence logo was created using the program SeqLogo (Schneider et al., 1990, Nucleic Acids Res., 18,6097-6100).
The input sequences for logo construction were derived from the MATCH matrix search output (Kel et al., 2003, Nucleic Acids Res., 31,3576-3579).
