Sequence logo - SRF Motif

A sequence logo for the SRF promoter motif was constructed using the SRF binding sites of the 7 ACTB sequences as input.
The sequence logo was created using the program SeqLogo (Schneider et al., 1990, Nucleic Acids Res., 18,6097-6100).
The input sequences for logo construction were derived from the MATCH matrix search output (Kel et al., 2003, Nucleic Acids Res., 31,3576-3579).
